These terms apply to your use of https://devsira.com. By browsing the site or sending us a message through it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They cover the website. They do not govern any project we do for you — that is set out in a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

What this site is

Devsira is a software development studio. This site describes what we do and lets you get in touch. It is information, not an offer.

Nothing here is a quote

Timelines, price ranges, case study figures and service descriptions on this site are indicative. They are drawn from past work and will not necessarily apply to yours. A price becomes a price when it is written into a proposal and signed by both of us — not before.

Getting in touch

Sending us a message does not create a contract or a professional relationship. We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry within one business day, but we do not guarantee it, and we may decline work for any reason.

Please do not send confidential material through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree how to handle it first.

Our work belongs to us until it is yours

The text, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to Devsira, except where we have credited someone else. You may read, link to and quote from the site with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, present our work as your own, or use our name or logo to imply a relationship that does not exist.

Ownership of work we build for clients is decided by the agreement covering that project, not by this page.

Using the site sensibly

Do not attempt to break into the site, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading. We may block access where any of that happens.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites — client work, scheduling tools, our own social profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we do not promise either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Devsira is not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
